Youth Mission Caravan 2009

CARAVAN 2009 to the Blackfeet Reservation, Montana
(A YouthWorks! trip)

Where:  Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Northwestern Montana

When:   Friday, July 24 – Sunday, August 2, 2009

Who:     Present 8-12 graders

Cost:     $250 per person (scholarships are available)

Registration – All the following must be in hand by January 11th, 2008. Include:

1. All the following downloaded forms, completely filled out and signed
2. Photo copy of both sides of Insurance card
3. Photo copy of photo ID that will be used
4. $250 fee (Scholarships are available. Contact Dawne Carver, Youth Director, if interested)
